Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

During busy times, and weeks surrounding commercial holidays order processing times can become extended by up to 3 weeks.

All our parcels are delivered via Post Haste Couriers and take between 1-3 days for delivery once picked up by our courier.

All live bee packages are sent via overnight courier, unless rural delivery. Live Bee packages are not sent Thursdays, Fridays or weekends to avoid delay over the weekends.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.

Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@thelittlehoneyco.nz with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We do not ship to PO Boxes
